Some things to remember when gardening at home with hydroponics.
  1. Research the crop that you intend on growing first as it may need a specific type of light.
  2. Ensure that you have adequate ventelation if you are using a closet hydroponics garden (this is very important as it can get quite hot when a light is involved)
  3. Make sure that you have safety cut out switches in case of condensation build up
  4. If you are using an aeroponics system it is wise to have a back up power source or pump handy.  Loose either of these for more then a few hours and you have lost your crop
You can set up a home hydroponic garden with less then $300 and a little bit of your own time.  Then as you learn how to be successfull at hydroponic home gardening you can upgrade your system to meet your needs.
You will love the fresh herbs, lettuce and other fruits one of these systems can bring.
